Ya Poker — Terms and Conditions (End User License Agreement) · 14 Oct 2026

Ya Poker's terms require poker rake worth 10% of your deposits before any withdrawal is authorised

A clause in Ya Poker's end-user licence agreement, read on 14 October 2026, requires every account holder to generate cumulative poker rake or paid tournament entry fees equal to at least ten per cent of their cumulative deposits before a withdrawal of any funds will be authorised — and states that sportsbook, casino and racebook wagering does not count toward it. The clause applies across the Winning Poker Network, which the same document names as Ya Poker, ACR Poker, Black Chip Poker, Americas Cardroom and TruePoker.

We read Ya Poker's end-user licence agreement in full on 14 October 2026 while writing our operator pages for Mexico, Argentina and Chile, and one clause in it is more consequential for a player than anything in the lobby.

Clause 6.1 of the agreement is headed PRIMARY PRODUCT MANDATE AND MANDATORY POKER RAKE REQUIREMENT. Clause 6.1.2 states that to be eligible to request a withdrawal of any funds — and it expressly lists initial deposit balances, sportsbook winnings, casino payouts and horse racing returns — all account holders, regardless of their primary gaming preference, must generate cumulative poker rake, or paid tournament entry fees, equal to at least ten per cent of the total value of their cumulative deposits before withdrawal authorisation will be granted.

Read plainly: a deposit is not freely withdrawable on arrival. Ten per cent of everything ever deposited into the account has to come back out as rake or tournament fees first, and the threshold is measured against cumulative deposits rather than against a current balance.

Two further sub-clauses close the obvious routes around it. Clause 6.1.3, headed NO EQUIVALENCY FOR ANCILLARY WAGERING, states that wagering in the sportsbook, casino or racebook does not count toward, reduce or substitute for the requirement — whatever the wagering volume, house margin or transaction count — because those wagers generate no poker rake. Clause 6.1.4 states that accounts identified as using the platforms exclusively or predominantly for sports betting, casino gaming or horse racing will have withdrawal requests withheld until the requirement has been fully satisfied, and reserves the network's security department's right to close accounts that attempt to circumvent it through collusion, chip-dumping or artificial rake generation.

The scope is wider than one brand. Clause 6.1.1 describes the Winning Poker Network as operating primarily as a peer-to-peer online poker platform, with the sportsbook, casino and racebook as value-added services offered to active poker players, and names the network's rooms as Ya Poker, ACR Poker, Black Chip Poker, Americas Cardroom and TruePoker. The clause is drafted in network terms rather than Ya Poker terms, so a reader with an account on any of those brands should check their own room's current agreement.

None of this is concealed — it is published in the operator's own terms, which is where we read it rather than taking it from any summary. It is disclosed, and it is also the kind of condition that is easier to meet than to notice: a recreational player who deposits, plays a few tournaments and tries to cash out may well clear it without ever knowing it was there, while a player who deposits and then wants the money back will not.

Two things we did not find in the same document are worth recording alongside it. There is no restricted-territory clause and no permitted-country list anywhere in the agreement, and the only jurisdiction it names is Curacao — the agreement states that the licence to play the games is governed under the laws of Curacao, with a sublicence granted to International Processing Services S.A. and payment processing governed by the laws applicable to Yatahay, Limited. No gaming regulator, licence number, company registration number or registered address appears in the document. Disputes, under the agreement, are settled by the poker room itself, whose decision is stated to be final and binding in all respects.

For players in the Latin American markets where this room is listed, that combination is the thing to weigh: a withdrawal condition tied to cumulative deposits, in a contract that names no regulator and no external route of appeal. Our operator pages for Mexico, Argentina and Chile set out each market's own legal position alongside it.

This is a description of published contractual terms, not legal advice, and terms can be amended — read the current agreement on the operator's own site before depositing.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly does the clause require?

Clause 6.1.2 requires an account holder to generate cumulative poker rake, or paid tournament entry fees, equal to at least ten per cent of the total value of their cumulative deposits before a withdrawal of any funds will be authorised — including initial deposit balances, sportsbook winnings, casino payouts and horse racing returns.

Does casino or sports betting count toward it?

No. Clause 6.1.3 states that wagering in the sportsbook, casino or racebook does not count toward, reduce or substitute for the requirement, whatever the wagering volume, house margin or transaction volume, because those wagers generate no poker rake.

Which rooms does it apply to?

The clause is drafted in network terms. Clause 6.1.1 names the Winning Poker Network's rooms as Ya Poker, ACR Poker, Black Chip Poker, Americas Cardroom and TruePoker. We read the agreement published on Ya Poker's own site; a player on another of those brands should check that room's current agreement.

What happens if an account does not meet it?

Clause 6.1.4 states that accounts identified as using the platforms exclusively or predominantly for sports betting, casino gaming or horse racing will have withdrawal requests withheld until the requirement is fully satisfied, and reserves the network security department's right to close accounts that attempt to circumvent it through collusion, chip-dumping or artificial rake generation.

Is this hidden in the small print?

It is published in the operator's own terms and conditions, under its own heading, which is where we read it. It is disclosed rather than concealed — but it is the kind of condition a player notices only when trying to withdraw.
