Privacy Policy

This site is built to collect as little as possible.

What we process

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Google Cloud, region europe-west1) records the IP address, user agent, requested URL and time of each request for up to 30 days to run and secure the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Partner links. When you click a link to a partner operator (marked "Play" or "Visit"), we record the operator, the market page you were on, the time, and a truncated user agent so we can see which pages send visitors to which partners. No name, e-mail or precise location is stored, and nothing is written to your device for this purpose.

Cookies. The public site sets no cookies. Only the administrative area sets a session cookie for the site operator.

Analytics. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts on the public site.

Partner operators

Once you leave this site through a partner link, the partner's own privacy policy applies. Partners may set their own cookies to attribute your registration to us; that happens on their domain, under their policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to complain to a supervisory authority. Contact: info@poker-in.com.
