Poland reserves online casino gaming, including poker played against the house, to a state monopoly held by Totalizator Sportowy and operated under the Total Casino brand. The framework is the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009 as amended with effect from 1 April 2017, supervised by the Ministry of Finance.
