The month opens in Cottbus with the straightest format of the three: a No Limit Texas Hold'em freeze-out on the first Friday, starting at 19:30. The €90 buy-in includes the €10 house fee and buys 20,000 in chips, levels last 20 minutes, and the field is capped at 27 players. Nothing is added back - once the stack is gone the night is over, which makes this the deepest-playing and longest of the Cottbus Fridays relative to its price. The buy-in has to reach the floorman at least ten minutes before the start or the reservation is released, and it is paid in chips, which are bought at the machine cashier rather than at the table. Pre-registration is requested. When the first table breaks the room opens a €2/€2 cash game.
