WebsiteOfficial site

Gold Reef City Casino sits beside the theme park of the same name in Johannesburg South and runs a fully coinless slot floor, including low-denomination stand-alone progressives that Tsogo Sun advertises at up to 98 per cent payback. The only poker the venue publishes is Video Poker, a slot-style machine game where a royal flush pays from a fixed schedule. There is no poker room, no live poker table and no tournament programme here, and the group advertises live poker only at Montecasino. Useful to know before travelling: Gold Reef City is a slots and automated-tables venue, not a poker stop.

Frequently asked questions

Can I play live poker at Gold Reef City?

No. The casino's own pages name only Video Poker, a machine game. Tsogo Sun advertises live poker at Montecasino's Poker Lounge instead.
