CoinPoker Vietnam: the crypto-only room, and who runs it
CoinPoker is the crypto-only option among our partners, which in a market where Vietnamese bank cards are not a usable deposit route is the practical reason Vietnamese players end up there. Here is what the room's own terms say, and what they do not say.
CoinPoker
CoinPoker runs on cryptocurrency deposits (USDT, ETH, its own CHP token) with no traditional cashier. Check the legal position where you are before playing on a crypto room.

Is CoinPoker legal in Vietnam?
No online poker room is licensed in Vietnam, CoinPoker included. Gambling is generally an offence for Vietnamese citizens, and the only formal exception in Vietnamese law is the land-based casino pilot under Decree 03/2017/ND-CP for eligible citizens aged 21 and over. An offshore room accepting your registration is not the same thing as the game being lawful where you sit, and playing from Vietnam is at your own risk. This is general information, not legal advice.
Who you are signing up with
CoinPoker's terms and conditions, in the 2026 version published on its own site and read on 17 October 2026, name the operator as Precise Interactive Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of Panama, holding a gaming licence issued by the Anjouan gaming licensing authority. No other regulator is named in the document. Worth being plain about what that means: Anjouan is a light-touch licensing jurisdiction, and a player there has nothing like the complaints and dispute machinery behind a Malta, Isle of Man or UK licence. The minimum age is 18, or higher where the player's own law requires it.
Is Vietnam restricted?
No. The restricted-territories clause in those terms lists Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, China, Comoros, Cuba, Eritrea, Estonia, Germany, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Lithuania, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, the UAE, the United Kingdom, the United States with its dependencies and territories, the Virgin Islands, the Netherlands and Yemen, together with any country sanctioned by the UN Security Council or OFAC. Vietnam does not appear anywhere in the document. The same clause lets the operator add countries at its own discretion, so this is a snapshot rather than a guarantee — we re-read it quarterly.
What players get
Cash games and tournaments played in cryptocurrency, with USDT and the room's own CHP token as the usual chips, rakeback and leaderboard promotions, and no fiat rails at all. That last point cuts both ways in Vietnam: there is no Vietnamese bank card to be declined, but also no card chargeback, no bank record of what you deposited, and the value of what sits in your account moves with the coin it is held in. Convert and withdraw deliberately rather than leaving a bankroll exposed to a token's price.
Signing up
You register with an email address and fund the account from a crypto wallet; verification requirements rise with withdrawal size, as at any room. If you take a welcome or rakeback offer, read how it releases — offers of this kind pay out in stages as you generate rake, and only the released portion can actually be withdrawn.
Alternatives
GGPoker lists Vietnam on its own registration country list and is operated by GG International Limited under an Isle of Man licence, which is a materially stronger regulatory position than Anjouan; Natural8 shares the same player pool with Vietnamese-language support. WPT Global's terms exclude Vietnam. Live poker in Vietnam is effectively unavailable: the club tournament series were cancelled in 2023 and 2024, and the casinos that are open deal only dealer-banked poker variants.
Playing responsibly
Set limits before you sit down, keep poker money separate from money you need, and treat it as paid entertainment, not income. Confidential support is available through Vietnam's mental-health services and hospital addiction clinics.

Frequently asked questions
Is Vietnam restricted on CoinPoker?
No. Vietnam does not appear in CoinPoker's restricted-territories clause or anywhere else in its 2026 terms, read on 17 October 2026. The operator can add countries at its discretion, so check before depositing.
Who operates CoinPoker and under what licence?
Precise Interactive Inc., incorporated in Panama, under a gaming licence from the Anjouan licensing authority, according to the room's own terms. No other regulator is named.
Can Vietnamese players deposit without a bank card?
Yes — CoinPoker is crypto-only, with USDT and its own CHP token as the usual chips, which is why it is used in markets where card deposits fail. There are also no card protections and your balance carries the coin's price risk.
Is CoinPoker legal for Vietnamese citizens?
No online poker site is licensed in Vietnam and gambling is generally prohibited for citizens. Playing on an offshore room from Vietnam is at the player's own risk. This is general information, not legal advice.
What is the minimum age?
18, or the higher age required by the player's own jurisdiction, under CoinPoker's terms.
