The entry point to the second of Christchurch Casino's two satellite ladders — the one that targets the three championship events other than the Main Event. Buy-in is NZ$30 (NZ$25 plus a NZ$5 fee) for a 4,000 starting stack, with a NZ$30 re-buy and a NZ$30 add-on worth 8,000 chips taken during the first break once the re-buy period has closed. Levels are fifteen minutes, late registration closes after the second blind level, and both the Saturday and Sunday editions start at 4.30pm.
Roughly one entrant in ten wins a NZ$250 seat into the Phase 2 package satellite, with at least one seat guaranteed provided two players enter. Prizes are seats only, non-transferable and non-refundable.
Four dates remain after 17 October 2026: Sunday 25 October, Saturday 31 October, Sunday 15 November and Saturday 21 November.
