Is Natural8 legal in New Zealand?
Yes for the player. The Gambling Act 2003 prohibits operating or advertising online gambling from within New Zealand, but it does not prohibit New Zealanders from playing on sites based overseas, and gambling winnings are not taxed for recreational players.
