Frequently asked questions
Why does it pay cash instead of a seat?
Every seat in the 2026 Main Event has already been allocated, so the casino pays the cash equivalent of a seat, NZ$1,600.
What happens if the satellite runs late?
If it has not finished by 12.30am the casino applies an ICM chop and gives the remaining players seats in the Championships events closest in value to their calculated share.
