Japan's tour opens its season where it always does: eleven days over the new year in a Shinjuku conference hall.

24 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, at Bellesalle Takadanobaba in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Eleven days makes this the longest stop on the published 2027 calendar apart from the Grand Final.
A fixture, not a one-off
The tour has opened each recent season in the same new-year window at the same hall — 2026 Tokyo #01 ran 27 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, and 2025 Tokyo #01 ran 30 December 2024 to 5 January 2025. A player planning a trip around it can reasonably expect the slot to recur.

What follows
Sapporo #01 runs 28 to 31 January 2027 at Sapporo Factory Hall, then Osaka #01 from 18 to 22 March and Fukuoka #01 from 27 to 30 May.
