Is GGPoker legal in Hong Kong?
GGPoker is licensed offshore, not in Hong Kong. Hong Kong's Gambling Ordinance permits gambling only through the Hong Kong Jockey Club or in narrow social settings, and makes betting with an unauthorised operator an offence for the bettor as well as the operator.
