An Omaha straight draw in which three or four of your hole cards connect with the board, giving far more outs than a hold'em open-ender. The biggest wraps have up to twenty cards that complete a straight.
A wrap works because your four cards surround the board cards from both sides. Holding nine-eight-seven-six on a flop of ten-five-deuce leaves a large number of straight-completing cards, and unlike a hold'em draw the strongest of them make the nuts rather than the low end.
The number that matters is not outs but nut outs: a wrap where half the cards give somebody a higher straight is worth a fraction of one where every completing card is the best possible hand. That distinction is most of the skill in pot-limit Omaha draw play.
