Open-ended straight draw
Four consecutive cards where a card at either end completes a straight, giving eight outs. Combined with a flush draw it becomes a 'combo draw' with up to fifteen outs.

What is an open-ended straight draw?
Four cards in sequence, where a card at either end makes the straight — holding eight-nine on a board of six-seven means any five or ten gets there. It is also called an open-ender or OESD.
How many outs does it have?
Eight — four of each of the two completing ranks. That is roughly 32% from the flop to the river and about 17% on the turn, twice a gutshot's chances.
Why is it a good semi-bluffing hand?
Because it has enough equity to continue if called and enough fold equity to win the pot immediately. Betting it also disguises the hand: a straight completing on a card no one associates with your line is how big pots get won.
