An Omaha hand containing two cards of one suit and two of another, giving it two separate flush possibilities. A double-suited hand is worth substantially more than the same four cards with only one suit or none.
The gain is not only the extra flush draw but the extra redraw: a double-suited hand that flops a straight can still be drawing to a flush that beats every other straight. Hands are usually written with the suits marked, and 'ds' after a rundown is standard shorthand.
The caveat is nut quality. Two low flush draws are worth much less than one ace-high one, because in Omaha somebody usually has the suit and the question is only who has it highest.
