Midweek Poker 55 — MERKUR Spielbank Braunschweig (third Wednesday monthly)
21 Oct – 31 Dec 2026 · MERKUR Spielbank Braunschweig, Germany
Braunschweig's cheapest way into a live tournament runs on the third Wednesday of every month. The buy-in is €50 plus €5 Taxe, the house fee, for €55 all in, and players get two re-entries, available until the end of level 4.
It sits alongside the house's daily cash game, which is No Limit Hold'em at €2/€4 with a €200 minimum buy-in. On tournament days the cash tables open later than usual, so a player planning on both should expect to wait.
Registration is by email to the poker desk at the Braunschweig house rather than online. Lower Saxony requires a minimum age of 21, stricter than the 18 that applies in most of Germany, and a passport or national ID card is required at the door — a driving licence is not accepted.
