Club Royale
District 1, Ho Chi Minh City · Ho Chi Minh City · Vietnam
Video poker machines, yes. Live poker against other players, no.
Club Royale is one of District 1's electronic gaming clubs, and the one most likely to be mistaken for a poker venue, because its published offer includes video poker.
Why video poker is not what you are looking for
Video poker is a machine game: you are paid from a fixed table by the house on the strength of a five-card hand, and no other player is involved. A poker cash game or tournament is player-versus-player, with the room taking rake or an entry fee. If you are travelling to play the latter, Club Royale is not a stop — and nor is any other electronic club in the city.
The rest of the floor

Frequently asked questions
Is the video poker at Club Royale the same as a poker game?
No. Video poker is a machine game played against the house's pay table. A poker cash game or tournament is played against other players, and Club Royale does not offer one.
Where can I play live poker in Ho Chi Minh City?
We have not verified a live poker room in the city. The licensed venues there are all-electronic clubs. Vietnam's verified tournament poker runs at Corona on Phu Quoc during festivals.
