Justin Bonomo had the greatest single year in tournament poker history. In 2018 he won the $300,000 Super High Roller Bowl for $5 million in May and the $1,000,000 Big One for One Drop for $10 million in July, with a WSOP heads-up bracelet in between, and briefly took over the top of the all-time money list. Born in Fairfax, Virginia in 1985, he had been a teenage online phenom and a fixture on high-roller final tables for a decade before that summer.
He holds three WSOP bracelets and, as of August 2026, $65.6 million across 246 recorded cashes — fifth all-time. Bonomo plays the full high-roller calendar: Triton, the Aria series, the WSOP each summer.
