The Wynn poker room is where Las Vegas' biggest tournament fields gather. Its 28 tables run cash games around the clock, and the room hosted the 2023 WPT World Championship, which drew 3,835 players for a $40 million prize pool - the largest in WPT history at the time.
As of late September 2026 the room's own page shows a calendar that barely pauses. The Wynn Fall Classic runs from 28 September to 25 October with more than $2 million in guaranteed prize pools across no-limit hold'em, pot-limit Omaha, mixed games, seniors events, satellites and nightly turbos. The WPT World Championship follows from 27 November to 21 December, its fifth year at the property. Between series the room runs two daily tournaments a day totalling $200,000 in weekly guarantees, including a $40,000-guaranteed no-limit rebuy on Fridays and a $10,000-guaranteed event every evening at 6 pm - though the daily schedule is suspended while the Signature, Millions and Classic series are running.
Opened with the resort in 2005, the room is quieter and better appointed than most on the Strip and has become the WPT's main Las Vegas home.
