Downtown's only poker room runs a tournament three times a day, including one that starts at two in the morning.

Times
10:00, 17:00 and 02:00, every day. The overnight start is the unusual one and is aimed at the downtown late crowd.
Structure
Every entrant starts with 15,000 chips and levels last 15 minutes. Blinds open at 100-200 with a 200 big-blind ante and climb to 30,000-60,000 by level 15. There are three breaks: fifteen minutes after level 4, which is also the end of registration, then ten-minute breaks after levels 8 and 12. Each break comes with a chip race removing the 100, 500 and 1,000 denominations in turn.
Add-ons and re-entry
A $20 add-on buys 10,000 chips and can be taken twice at any time before registration closes. The first goes to dealer appreciation and the second to the prize pool. A player who has not added on before the break may take a double add-on during the break. Registration and unlimited re-entry run to the start of level 5 - about 11:15am, 6:15pm and 3:15am.
High hands
Qualifying hands pay $50 for quads, $100 for a straight flush and $200 for a royal.
