GUKPT Blackpool is the twelfth and second-to-last stop of the Grosvenor UK Poker Tour's 2026 season. Thirteen numbered events run from 30 October to 10 November, headed by a GBP 250,000 guaranteed Main Event at GBP 1,100 plus GBP 150. What headlines the festival
The Main Event, event #8, has three starting flights: Thursday 5 November, Friday 6 November, and a late turbo flight on the Friday night. Day 2 plays on the Saturday and the final day on Sunday 8 November. Registration stays open to the start of Day 2, the stack is 20,000 and the clock is 60 minutes — the slowest structure on the schedule.
The Mini Main, event #3 at GBP 220 plus GBP 30, guarantees GBP 100,000 and is the value play of the week. It has four starting flights rather than five: 1A and 1B on Sunday 1 November, 1C on the Monday and a turbo flight labelled 1E on the Tuesday. Grosvenor's published grid prints no Day 1D, which is worth knowing if you are planning around a flight that does not exist.
The high-roller side
Two high rollers run back to back. The Pot Limit Omaha High Roller (#5) opens on Tuesday 3 November at GBP 900 plus GBP 100 with a GBP 25,000 guarantee and a 30,000 stack. The no-limit High Roller (#6) opens on Wednesday 4 November at GBP 1,350 plus GBP 150, guarantees GBP 100,000, and gives the biggest stack of the festival at 100,000 on a 40-minute clock.
Getting in cheaply
Target cashout satellites into the Main Event and the High Roller run almost every day, at GBP 125 plus GBP 15 for the Main Event feeders and GBP 150 plus GBP 20 for the High Roller turbos, with ten Main Event seats guaranteed on several of them. Grosvenor also runs online feeder satellites that pay out in live event credit rather than a seat; credit won online can be put towards any GUKPT tournament at the cash desk.
Side events and the close
The cheapest way into the week is the GBP 40 plus GBP 20 Kav Cup on Halloween, which guarantees three seats rather than a prize pool. Between the headline events sit a GBP 200 four-card PLO (#4, GBP 10,000 GTD), a GBP 200 turbo (#7), a GBP 150 deepstack with a 50,000 stack (#9) and the GBP 500 plus GBP 50 GUKPT Cup (#10, GBP 50,000 GTD) over the final weekend. Live play signs off on Sunday 8 November with the GBP 15,000 Last Chance (#11) and the GBP 10,000 Closer (#12).
The thirteenth event is online
The festival does not actually end with the live Closer. Event #13 is an Online Closer at GBP 100 plus GBP 10 guaranteeing GBP 15,000, played on Grosvenor's own site over two evenings on Monday 9 and Tuesday 10 November. Grosvenor's banner heads the leg "30 OCT - 8 NOV", which covers only the days played at the casino.
