Poker TM — Cocor, Bucharest

B-dul I.C. Brătianu 29-33, sector 3, basement level, Complex Comercial COCOR, Bucharest · Bucharest · Romania

PokerGames

One of three rooms run by POKER TM S.R.L., the only company in Romania holding a poker-club licence. It sits in the basement of the COCOR shopping complex on Bulevardul I.C. Brătianu in central Bucharest. The licence is what makes this room notable: Romania issues poker-club licences as a separate category from casinos, and as of the ONJN's September 2026 register exactly one operator holds one. That licence — L1223966D001392, valid to 31 March 2032 — covers this room and the group's venues in Iași and Craiova. The register records the licence, not the games: it does not publish stakes, opening hours, table counts or a tournament schedule, and we have not yet verified the live offer here against the room's own information. What the licence category does establish is that this is a poker club rather than a casino with a dealer-banked card game on the table list.

None of our partner operators currently accepts players from Romania. We do not list any online poker room here. Romania licenses online poker through the Oficiul National pentru Jocuri de Noroc (ONJN), and operators need a Romanian licence to serve residents. GGPoker names Romania as a Restricted Jurisdiction in its own terms, so we no longer list it here. The minimum age is 18. This is general information, not legal advice.
