Licensed casino — Calea 13 Septembrie, Bucharest

Calea 13 Septembrie 90, multifunctional complex, mezzanine, rooms 2A, 2B, 2C, sector 5, Bucharest · Bucharest · Romania

The second of Romania's two licensed casinos in the ONJN's September 2026 register, operated by DEVELOPMENT SERVICES SYSTEM SRL at Calea 13 Septembrie 90 in sector 5, on the mezzanine of the multifunctional complex at that address. Licence L1180091C00918, valid to 31 December 2028. The register lists the licence-holding company rather than the trading name the venue uses at the door, so we have deliberately not guessed what it is called — the company name and address are what the official record supports. As with the other Romanian casino licence, this tells you the venue is licensed and nothing about its card games: whether player-versus-player poker is dealt here is unverified, and the operator does not hold one of Romania's separate poker-club licences.

None of our partner operators currently accepts players from Romania. We do not list any online poker room here. Romania licenses online poker through the Oficiul National pentru Jocuri de Noroc (ONJN), and operators need a Romanian licence to serve residents. GGPoker names Romania as a Restricted Jurisdiction in its own terms, so we no longer list it here. The minimum age is 18. This is general information, not legal advice.

The ONJN register lists only the licence holder, Development Services System SRL, not a trading name — so we have not guessed one. The address is Calea 13 Septembrie 90, sector 5.
