Andrew Chen
Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
Andrew Chen is 19th on Canada's all-time money list with $5,809,240 in live earnings, and the gap between his two global rankings tells his story better than any single result: he currently sits 430th on the all-time list, against a career-best position of 147th. That spread of nearly 300 places is what happens when a player's biggest years are behind them and the money in tournament poker keeps growing — the total stands still while the list moves past it.
His largest recorded live cash is $801,391. He is also one of the stronger online earners on this list, with $2,366,586 in recorded online tournament winnings on top of his live total, which is a reminder that for the players who came up in the late 2000s the live money list captures only part of the career.
Chen is listed as resident in Mississauga, Ontario.
