Nightly Survivor $240 (Big Poker Oktober 2026)
14 Oct – 7 Nov 2026 · The Bicycle Hotel & Casino (Parkwest Bicycle Casino), California
Every tournament series needs something to play after work, and Big Poker Oktober's answer is a $240 Survivor at 7:30pm on 34 of its 38 nights.
What a survivor pays
A survivor tournament splits the prize pool into equal shares rather than a top-heavy ladder: a set number of finishers each receive the same amount, and everyone else gets nothing. First place and the last paid spot win identically. That changes how the end of the tournament plays — there is no incentive to accumulate once you are safely through, and enormous incentive to avoid elimination on the bubble.
When it runs
7:30pm, on 34 nights between 2 October and 7 November 2026. The room's published grid skips only a handful of evenings where a satellite or a championship day occupies the slot instead. Two one-off Survivors sit outside the nightly schedule: $560 on 4 November at 4pm, and $360 on 8 November at 4pm, the final event of the series.
Who it suits
It is the cheapest nightly tournament on a Big Poker Oktober schedule otherwise built around $400 championship flights, and the flat payout structure makes it far less variance-heavy than a standard freezeout of the same price. If you are in Los Angeles for a few days of the festival and want a game every evening, this is it.
The buy-in, start time and dates are taken from the room's own published structures page, read on 14 October 2026, and can change. Please gamble responsibly.
