Is GGPoker legal in Thailand?

No online gambling is licensed in Thailand. The Gambling Act B.E. 2478 (1935) prohibits gambling apart from the government lottery and licensed horse racing, and gambling websites are blocked under the Computer Crimes Act. Prosecutions of individual online poker players are rare, but playing is illegal and the risk is the player's.
