Norway
Tim Klarpås is the 2017 Norwegian No Limit Hold'em champion and has stayed near the top of the championship's standings ever since.
The 2017 Main Event
The organiser's champions list names Klarpås as the 2017 No Limit Hold'em Main Event winner. The list shows no prize figure for the pre-2021 main events, so we do not state one.
Staying power
He is fifth on the championship's cumulative ranking for 2015-2025 with 2,429.9 player points. Most of the ranking's top ten won their title after 2021, which makes a 2017 champion holding fifth place nearly a decade later the more interesting fact about him.
Where he plays
The autumn Norwegian championship runs at Thon Congress Gardermoen, with a spring programme at Banco Casino Bratislava from 2027.
