GGPoker Netherlands: KSA-licensed, with the world's largest player pool

GGPoker serves the Netherlands through GGPoker.nl, licensed by the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) under the Remote Gambling Act that opened the Dutch market in October 2021. Is GGPoker legal in the Netherlands?

Yes. Since the Wet Kansspelen op afstand (Koa) took effect, online poker in the Netherlands is legal only on rooms licensed by the KSA, and GGPoker.nl is licensed. The Dutch rules bring mandatory registration in CRUKS (the national self-exclusion register) checks, identity verification via iDIN or document upload before you can deposit, deposit limits you set yourself at registration, and strict rules on bonuses and advertising.
