The WSOP Circuit returns to Panama City in November — second stop of the year, and a new hotel
Panama City hosts its second WSOP Circuit stop of 2026 from 5 to 15 November, this time at the Sortis Hotel, Spa & Casino rather than May's Hotel Hilton Panamá. Twelve numbered events, buy-ins from $300 to $3,000, and a $1,700 Main Event over five starting flights.
Panama City is getting a second helping of the WSOP Circuit in 2026. The tour's own schedule puts the stop at the Sortis Hotel, Spa & Casino from 5 to 15 November — eleven days and twelve numbered events — six months after the city's first edition of the year ran at the Hotel Hilton Panamá from 7 to 17 May.
Two stops in one calendar year in the same city is unusual, and the change of venue is worth noting for anyone booking a trip: the hotel is not the one the May field played in.
The schedule itself is built wide rather than deep. Buy-ins start at $300 for the Gladiator Turbo, which runs eight separate flights — one at 8pm every evening from 5 to 12 November — and top out at $3,000 for the High Roller that closes the stop on 14 November. Most of the twelve events sit between $400 and $600.
The $1,700 no-limit hold'em Main Event is spread over five starting flights between 7 and 13 November, with a 50,000 starting stack and 40-minute levels rising to 60. One of its flights, the 8pm start on Friday 13 November, begins on a faster 20-minute clock. Late registration on the Main Event and on the $3,000 High Roller stays open to the start of level 13; most other events close it at level 11. Every tournament on the stop allows unlimited re-entry.
Three events are pot-limit Omaha: a $400 four-card turbo and a $400 four-card championship on consecutive days, and a $600 event on 13 November that alternates four-card and five-card.
A note on what the schedule does not say. The operator's page dates starting flights and start times, but not Day 2s or final days, and it lists no prize-pool guarantees and does not mark which events carry Circuit rings. We have published what is on the page and left the rest blank rather than fill it in from secondary coverage — so the end dates on our event pages are the last published flight, not necessarily the day the trophy is awarded.
Poker here is entertainment, and a tournament buy-in is money you should expect to lose. Players travelling from outside Panama should check their own entry requirements and the hotel's own casino rules before booking.
