Hanoi's QPC Circuit draws 10,806 entries and a USD 2.97m prize pool
The Quads Poker Championship Circuit stop at Quads Poker Club Hanoi, played 12–21 October 2026, finished with 10,806 entries across 77 events and a total prize pool reported as USD 2,966,275 — comfortably the biggest Vietnamese festival on our records, and a reminder that the country's tournament scene runs out of private clubs rather than its licensed casinos.
Vietnam's festival calendar is easy to overlook, because the country's best-known gambling venues — Corona Phu Quoc, Hoiana, The Grand Ho Tram — are casino resorts built around house-banked table games. The tournament poker happens somewhere else entirely: in a handful of private clubs in Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City that organise their whole year around multi-day series.
The October stop at Quads Poker Club Hanoi, on the second floor of the R6 block at Royal City, shows the scale that model has reached. The QPC Circuit ran from 12 to 21 October 2026 with an advertised guarantee of 44.6 billion VND over 77 numbered events, and closed with 10,806 entries and a total prize pool given as USD 2,966,275.
The Main Event, event #30, played across four days from 17 to 21 October at a buy-in of 11,000,000 VND and pulled 1,583 entries, with 2,434,700,000 VND attached to it on the published results listing. The multi-day Quads Star Challenge took 102 entries for 1,205,000,000 VND. Around those sat the shape of a modern Asian festival: High Roller variants running almost nightly in Express, Single Day and Encore formats, Megastack and Deepstack Turbos, an Evening Storm 8-Max most evenings, and live satellites feeding the bigger buy-ins.
One caution on the numbers. The directory we read prints a VND figure beside each individual event without stating whether it is that event's guarantee or its realised prize pool, so we have not reproduced those per-event figures as guarantees. The festival-level prize pool, entry count and guarantee are published as such and are what is quoted here.
What comes next is already on the calendar. QPC Winter 2026 returns to the same club from 12 to 23 December, and Quads has pencilled in four more stops across 2027 — Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter — while Royal Poker Club across town lists three championships and a December Grand Final. None of those has a published schedule yet; Vietnamese clubs tend to announce dates a year ahead and release the event list close to the start.
