An instant call (or fold or shove) with no thought at all, either because the decision is trivial or to show confidence. Snapping is itself a timing tell.

Does a snap call give away information?
Yes. It tells the opponent the decision was easy, which rules out most of the middling part of your range. Players who think about timing try to act at a consistent pace for that reason.
