Seven-card stud played for the lowest hand, with A-2-3-4-5 the best possible and straights and flushes not counting against you. It is one of the five games in H.O.R.S.E.

What is razz in poker?

Seven-card stud played for low: the lowest five-card hand wins. Aces count as low and straights and flushes do not count, so the best possible hand is 5-4-3-2-A.

What is the best hand in razz?

5-4-3-2-A, called the wheel or a five-low. Because straights do not count, this is purely a five-high hand with no pairs. The next best is 6-4-3-2-A.

Do flushes and straights count in razz?

No. Under ace-to-five lowball rules they are ignored entirely — five cards of one suit are read simply as five cards, and a run of consecutive cards has no special value.

Who makes the bring-in bet in razz?

The player showing the highest card, which is the reverse of seven-card stud high where the lowest card brings it in. From fourth street onwards the lowest exposed hand acts first.
