Heads-Up Hold'em (HuH)

A house-banked casino game in which each player plays a single Hold'em-style hand against the dealer for the best five cards, with an ante, a raise decision on each street and fixed payouts — not the same thing as playing heads-up against another player.
Heads-Up Hold'em borrows Texas Hold'em's shape — hole cards, a flop, a turn and a river, with the option to raise as more cards appear — but the only opponent is the dealer. Payouts are fixed by a pay table rather than won from a pot, and the house keeps a built-in edge.
It is easy to confuse with heads-up poker, which means a genuine one-on-one game between two players, usually at the end of a tournament or in a dedicated match. They are unrelated: one is a table game, the other is poker.
The game is the default poker offer across much of the German state-casino network, particularly in North Rhine-Westphalia, where Duisburg and Monheim deal it and nothing else.
