Bavarian Texas Hold'em

A house-banked Hold'em variant dealt across the nine Bavarian state casinos, played against the dealer from a low minimum stake with an optional side bet, alongside but separate from the real cash games and tournaments.

Example. Feuchtwangen deals Bavarian Texas Hold'em daily from 20:00 at €5 to €500, while its real cash game runs only on Friday and Saturday.

Bavarian Texas Hold'em is the Spielbanken Bayern network's own table game. Every player faces the bank rather than each other, minimums are low — typically €5 with a €500 maximum — and most houses attach a voluntary bonus side bet of €2 to €10.

It appears on almost every Bavarian casino's game list, which can make the network look poker-rich at a glance. The player-versus-player offer is separate and much thinner: only some of the nine houses run scheduled ring games, and several deal cash only after a tournament finishes or when demand appears.

One Bavarian casino, Bad Füssing, also deals Bavarian Stud Poker on the same principle.
