Ric Kol
Austria, Austria
Ric Kol is thirteenth on Austria's all-time live money list with close to $1.9 million — and the way he got there is the interesting part. His best single cash is $89,965, which is small for a total that size, so the money came from a long run of modest results rather than one score. The gap between his current world ranking of 1,800th and his best-ever 376th tells the same story from the other side: he banked much of it when prize pools were far smaller than they are now, and a Global Poker Index position in the 53,000s says he is no longer an active tournament regular.

Frequently asked questions
What is Ric Kol's biggest poker cash?
$89,965 — unusually small relative to his $1.89 million career total, which came from a long series of modest results.
Why is his world ranking so much lower than his best?
His best-ever all-time rank was 376th against 1,800th today. The money was won when prize pools were smaller, and later years of inflation in prize money pushed him down the list.
